Bringing it All Together

This was the first time we used task sheets and I thought it helped keep me focused to see everything I had to do in front of me. Organizing myself in this way keeps me accountable for every aspect of this project. I spent most of my class time editing my abstract, introduction, and literature review. I intend continue editing my proposal and eventually link the documents to this website. I sent my methods and procedures to Ms. Veilette to be reviewed for final edits. After a long search and many phone calls, I was referred to the director of the Beardsley Zoo, Jim Knox. Our school has close connections with the zoo and this partnership allowed me to acquire lotus plants from some of the Zoo's exhibits. I now have all my materials and hope to begin experimenting as early as next week.
